TOTWRM3 High School: Hearts..

          This is my first fanfic.
It's a fanfiction of Tales of the World Radiant Mythology 3. I do not own any of these characters, they belong to Namco Bandai.

       Shing couldn't help but to stare at Kohak, ever since he started going to Ad Libitum High and saw her for the first time, she's been on his mind.
It was the start of the day and class hasn't started yet, Shing was sitting on his desk looking at the front row, at Kohak specifically,
Her long black hair, always well kept, her uniform seemed like there wasn't a single speck of dirt on it, and her face, so kind and angelic. Shing continued to stare at her while daydreams floated about in his head.

"Hey man, how's it going?" his friend Lloyd greeted him, snapping him out of his daydreams,
"Oh, Lloyd…." Shing noticed that Lloyd was looking at him with a weird look in his eyes,
"Oh I get it" Lloyd teasingly said, "you're still into her, aren't you?"
"Don't say it out loud!" Shing said as two of his other friends arrived and sat next to him, one had long red hair, his name was Luke, he was the son of a wealthy politician, he had a twin brother named Asch but he was in the other section probably because they couldn't stand each other. The other was Senel, he was captain of the martial arts team and he has a little sister named Shirley
"Good morning guys." Senel said as he put his bag down.
"I hate having to go to this school, why can't my parents just get me a private tutor who'll teach me whenever I feel like it." Luke complained
All Luke ever does is complain yet Shing, Lloyd and Senel enjoyed his company.  He does have another friend other than them though but he didn't attend  class for some reason.
"If you had a private tutor, you wouldn't be able to hang out with us that much" Shing said jokingly
Luke replied with a light laugh, although he acts like a spoiled brat, he has some good in him deep down.
"Guys, would you mind helping me convince Shing to talk to Kohak, he's been staring at her.. .again" Lloyd said to Senel and Luke, Shing  listened to his friends' encouraging words but then again, only Lloyd has a successful relationship with Collette, a blonde from the other section. Nobody really liked Luke other than the three of them thanks to his attitude and Senel was way too protective of Shirley to have any girl he'd be interested in.
Shing finally stood up and walked toward Kohak, his friends quietly cheering him on, his hands shaking.
"K-Kohak, would you mind if…" He was cut off when their Chemistry professor, Prof. Curtiss entered the room.
"Alright Class, take your seats."  Prof. Curtiss noticed Shing standing right next to a confused Kohak "now now, what is this I see, young love in the making?"
Shing was too embarrassed for words, he quickly walked back to his seat. He could see Lloyd give himself a facepalm, Senel gave Shing a sympathizing look while Luke seemed like he was trying to hold back his laughter.  
"Let's get started then" Prof. Curtiss exclaimed.
The hours seemed to fly by until lunch break.
Senel, Lloyd and Luke sat with Shing as he was eating lunch.
"That was hilarious man" Luke declared, "I was this close to laughing my butt off"
Senel pounds the back of Luke's head, "Come on, Luke. Shing needs some sympathy here." Senel reprimanded.
"Hey, you don't have to hit me like that." Luke shouted.
"Look, guys, I appreciate the help but after that, I don't think she'll want to talk with me" Shing  said disappointedly.  
"Hey, don't give up!" Lloyd encouraged Shing, "Why don't you try again?"
Shing knew Lloyd will never stop about this so he thought that it was worth another try.
"Okay, okay Lloyd," Shing finally gave in. "I'll try to talk to her just one more time.
Lunch ended as soon as Shing finished his sentence.
He planned to talk to her after class ends. Although he was supposed to be listening to his teachers, he thought about what he would say.
Finally, class ended and Shing went outside with Senel, Luke already went straight home while Lloyd had a date with Collette. A date..  that was what Shing was going to ask for.
"Go for it Shing" Senel goaded as he went home along with his sister, Shirley.
Shing took a deep breath and walked towards Kohak. His heart raced as he took step by step ever closer to her. And finally he was right next to her.
"U...uh Hi" Shing managed to say, overwhelmed with nervousness.
"Oh, hello Shing, did you want something?" Kohak replied.
"uh.. you see, If its okay with, you. w..w…w..would you mind if we went out on a d..d..date?" Shing stuttered with almost every word. he wished with all his heart.
Kohak smiled, "Is that what you were trying to say earlier this morning?"
"Y..yeah" Shing replied.
"Tomorrow then, after class in this café a few blocks from here."  Kohak accepted.
Shing felt blissful. He was about to go on his first date and with the girl of his dreams of no less. He was on cloud nine. Nothing could ever ruin his date with Kohak.

But unfortunately for poor Shing,  something will go wrong and have a huge trial ahead of him.
